The microfine Iron F microspheres are coated with special protective layer, which allows them, for the most part, to pass into the stomach without irritating the mucosa.   • Children 4-9 years: 1 tablet 1 time per day

  • Adolescents 10-18 years: 1 tablet 1 time per day

  • Adults 19 and over: 1-2 tablets 1 time per day

  • Adults female: To prevent iron deficiency, take 2 tablets per day

  • To ensure optimal iron absorption, we recommend that you do not take Hübner Iron Vital F chewable tablets at mealtimes.
