  Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) herb top extract (DER 3-4.5:1) (equivalent to 570 – 855 mg dried herb)		190 mg
  L-Tryptophan		120 mg
  Extract of fresh organic Lettuce (Lactuca sativa) leaf (DER 4–10.4 :1) (equivalent to 300 – 780 mg dried leaf)		75 mg
  Magnesium elemental (Magnesium citrate tribasic)		56.5 mg

   

  Non-Medicinal

  Xylitol, mannitol, citric acid, gum arabic, vegetable magnesium stearate, steviol glycosides, natural flavour.

  Directions & Cautions

  Adults: (18 years+): 1 sachet, 1 time daily. Pour granules directly in mouth, chew and swallow with or without water, 1 hour before bedtime.
